Senior Geomodeler with over 15 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, specializing in 3D static modeling for volumetric assessments in siliciclastic and carbonate reservoirs across Brazil (Post- and Pre-Salt) and Colombia. Expert in integrating multidisciplinary data, seismic interpretation, geostatistics, and PRMS-based resource audits.
Fernando has led modeling efforts for complex gas, condensate, and oil fields, supporting both exploration and development phases — from new discoveries to mature assets. His work includes strategic portfolio evaluations for asset acquisition and divestment, as well as technical support for audits and uncertainty analyses.
He also provides software training (Petrel, GeoFrame) and collaborates on research initiatives with institutions such as UNICAMP, USP, and SAIT.

Senior geologist with 19 years of experience in the Oil and Gas Industry. She worked for 15 years at SLB where she developed extensive expertise in 3D reservoir modelling in Petrel. She is also an instructor for Petrel training courses.
During a 5-year assignment in Norway, her role as a Product Owner allowed her to gain vast experience with software development focused on Exploration Geology deploying workflows for Play and Prospect Assessment.
In 2022, she founded MIVA Consulting and started as a Geomodeller Consultant, which included constructing 3D reservoir models in the Campos, Espirito Santo, and Potiguar basins (onshore and offshore, Brazil).

Sequence Stratigrapher Expert
Stratigrapher, Reservoir Geologist, and Consultant with expertise in high-resolution sequence stratigraphy. He has 40 years of experience in the oil industry (PETROBRAS) and has been lecturing at Brazilian universities for 27 years.
His speciality lies in applying high-resolution sequence stratigraphy and 3D geological modelling to improve reservoir characterization, reservoir zonation, and hydrocarbon production.
Currently, CEO and founder of Magalgeoconsulting, a Visiting Member of China-Brazil Joint Geoscience Research Center IGGCAS (China), a Research Associate at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN-PPPG, Brazil), and Member of the Geoparque Serra do Sicorá Scientific Committee.

Former Consultant and Senior Engineer at PETROBRAS with over 35 years of experience in modelling, Fluid Flow Simulation, production and development of national and international oil reservoirs.
He is an expert on Petroleum and Environmental Engineering, both in onshore and offshore production operational areas and reservoir engineering, focusing on flow simulation in porous media, fluids, geochemistry gas engineering (including CO2), gas storage and geomechanics.
